
Quick Update from OJM Web Design – 23/01/2025
We just wanted to give you a quick update with a few important changes!
So… What’s changed?
1. I’ve changed the way new and current clients get in-touch with us! Now, you will be able to submit a ‘Support Ticket’ via our Contact Portal (https://buff.ly/4jk84Zv). You do not need to be logged in to submit a ticket as when you enter your email, it will automatically, either create you a Support Portal Profile and/or link to your profile in our Customer Relations System (Also known as Client Portal for you!)
2. When you receive a service from me, I will regularly send you updates via this Contact Portal (It’s not just for Support Tickets!), meaning you can reply to what I send you, and you can stay in the loop the entire time whilst I do all the hard work!
What’s going to change..?
1. Very soon, I will be releasing a date to inform you of our closing period during the upcoming Exam Season! OJM Web Design will close (approx.) early March, with the date released being the last day we will accept a (small-ish) job until Mid-June when I will then reopen and go Full-Time for a few months! Any job requests after the released date will go onto a waiting list on our Contact Portal for you to access. This next message is for *Current Clients Only!*… You will receive an email very soon regarding your website/other service, and any changes for the upcoming months!
2. I am currently testing a new type of portal which will allow current clients to access collaboration documents and meeting notes at any time! I am currently testing this with a small group of clients, with more information to be released in June!
